Rosemary Pork Loin
- 2 pound pork loin
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 cup dry white wine
Combine rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Dry pork loin and coat in rosemary mixture. Place in slow cooker with 1 cup of wine. Cook on low for 6 hours.
